WHEREAS we, as the International Law Students Association Chapter of Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (“ILSA UniSZA”) having our registered address at Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin, Faculty of Law and International Relations, Kampus Gong Badak, Gong Badak, 21300 Kuala Nerus, Terengganu Darul Iman, MALAYSIA. Believing that the principles of international law should be more fully understood and recognised; Recognising our duty and obligation to educate ourselves and our fellow students in the principles and purposes of international law, international organisations and institutions, and comparative legal systems; Mindful that contacts and communications among students of international law from different parts of the world are necessary for international understanding and cooperation in general and the advancement of legal education in particular; and Realising that students have a unique opportunity, as well as a duty, to promote peace, justice and mutual interdependence; Do hereby instituting an international law society with a bicameral structure consisting of the upper chamber and the lower chamber which is collectively known as the Grand Chamber.
